    • A full refund will be processed if the cancellation is made within the stated time.
  • After Shipping:
    • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you can initiate a return or exchange after receiving the product (refer to the Return Policy below).

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

    • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery if:
      • The product is defective or damaged.
      • The received product does not match your order.
      • The size or print has significant issues.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized t-shirts.
    • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions.
  • How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

    1. Email us at returns@aawara.in with your order details, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
    2. Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.
    3. For exchanges, you may request a different size or replacement for the same product (subject to availability).

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are issued only for approved cancellations, defective/damaged products, or out-of-stock items.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
