- After Shipping:
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you can initiate a return or exchange after receiving the product (refer to the Return Policy below).
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery if:

- The received product does not match your order.
- The size or print has significant issues.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized t-shirts.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Email us at returns@aawara.in with your order details, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.
- For exchanges, you may request a different size or replacement for the same product (subject to availability).
3. Refunds
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are issued only for approved cancellations, defective/damaged products, or out-of-stock items.
- Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping Charges:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
